Your 2007 Pinot Noir, Nils Reserve, was paired with roast duck breast, as part of a series of plates I enjoyed at Serratto in Portland last night. I would love to do this again, but alas I was a guest and until an anonymous wealthy relative; perhaps in Norway; passes on their wealth to me I doubt it will very soon!
Just opened 2006 Pinot and it was fabulous! Do you happen to have any more stashed? - Gail, give us a call, we have a few cases in library. Best, Dag
I visited Johan with a couple of friends, one of which was a wine club member and always spoke highly of the wine. I left with multiple bottles and a club membership. Johan was my first wine club membership ever.
We took a few bottles of Pinot Noir to our friends in South Africa. Needless to say they are not happy with us for introducing them to a great wine that they cannot get. I guess they will have to visit us soon.
